BREWING ESSENTIAL COURSE

​GAINING A DEEPER KNOWLEDGES OF COFFEE BREWING AND EXTRACTION

​Course Overview

The brewing & extraction education pathway design by D’codeS based on the guideline of SCA. This course is coverage the essential skill and knowledge to make you more understand about all the aspect that affected your extraction to give you idea and solution which able to help in your business to achieve consistency in quality. You will learn basic coffee knowledge (variety & seed to cup), learn about brewing process (what happen during extraction) and grinding & brewing guideline. This course will contain more practical compare to other module.​

The course will help you to be able to do troubleshooting in your business and improve the consistency of the product delivery in your business.

(6 hours per day, 4 days in total.)

Day 2

  • Charting your brew

    • How to measuring the brew

  • Other affect to brewing
